General Information And Rules For All Competitions:-
This document starts with general information on competitions and then has a section on the specifics for each competition.
The document also includes information of entry eligibility between each competition, bringing clarity to what is possible once an image has been entered into a competition, identifying which other competitions you are able to enter that same PRINT or PDI image.

This document is intended as a simple quick-glance reference summary for you to easily check the eligibility relationships.
L&CPU Image Category Definitions:-
This is the L&CPU stated definitions as to what images are allowed in each of the categories for competition entry, for use as a reference.
The list of standard competitions held throughout the society year are:-
Annual Exhibition - normally held late March and is a formal competition, judged by an invited L&CPU Judge.
Centenary Cup - normally held in October and is a formal competition, judged by an invited L&CPU Judge.
Creative Digital - normally held late March and is a formal competition, judged by an invited L&CPU Judge
Digital Knock Out - normally held in Setember and is a formal competition, judged by an invited L&CPU Judge.
Mini Print - normally held in June and is an informal competition, judged anonymously by members on a knock out basis.
Memorial Competition - normally held in Setember and is an informal competition, judged anonymously by members. The Theme is "Scapes"
President’s Cup - normally held in December and is an informal competition, theme set by and judged by the President.
Quarterly - As the name suggests, there are four competitions throughout the year, in January, April, August and October, judged by an invited L&CPU Judge.

The society also engage in none internal competitions throughout the year, and these feature in the Syllabus page.
They include Battles with other clubs and societies (Home and Away), Multi-Club competitions (e.g. Mersea Island competition) and L&CPU Club and Individual Competitions.
